As coaches we help people get know themselves better than ever before. They get to understand their goals, their weaknesses, their strengths, the things they want to change and how to actually do it. We drive this process and we love it.
We know the difference we can make.
Thats our goal at iFixMe - the mission to make coaching accessible to everyone, no matter who they are, where they came from and where they are headed. Imagine what could be achieved if everyone, not just top executives had the chance to be coached to reach their potential. We know there's others that feel like we do.
We provide the chance for everyone to make this goal a reality. And in doing so, together, we can grow ourselves and our experiences.

story
We can think of many reasons for joining the iFixMe community. Here are some of the main ones:

iFixMe offers a reliable place from which to book professional coaching from skilled and qualified people (no more 'wondering' if a google search has provided you with someone reliable - we kind of guarantee it!). It also provides a way to book that is relevant, gives easy access to coaches, and lets clients own the booking process. Crucially, all this comes at a price point attainable to a larger pool of clients.
As an iFixMe coach you are in control of your own coaching, from the contracting process to how you wrap up. From the amount of clients you want to work with to the times you want to do it. All we ask is you commit to a minimum of one iFixMe client a month and provide us with enough available time slots to allow client choice. Onboarding with us is simple, with a minimal level of contracting and process.
Our iFixMe coach members zone provides a space to learn and build your network. And crucially, we give you a supervision session once a year, allowing you the opportunity to come , talk, listen and grow with people just like you.
